Rules of conduct:
- 1. APPOINTMENTS
- You can book an appointment at least 2 hours before the desired time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- 2. GUEST REGISTRATION
- Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment, you will be greeted by our friendly staff, the specific scent of essential oils we use, and relaxing music. Our colleagues will provide you with a questionnaire to fill out so that we can get to know your psycho-physical condition, with the aim of providing the best service.
- 3. MENTION ALL HEALTH PROBLEMS
- When filling out the questionnaire and for the purpose of getting to know your psycho-physical condition, please mention any health problems to your therapist so that we can adapt the treatment to your needs and prevent potential unwanted reactions.
- 4. TREATMENT
- During the treatment, the therapist will follow your personal wishes and preferences to ensure the service is maximally adapted to your needs.
- 5. ATTIRE
- Swimsuits are mandatory, while accompanying equipment such as towels, bathrobes, and slippers are provided at the wellness center.
- 6. CHILDREN IN THE WELLNESS CENTER
- Children under 12 can use the pool accompanied by an adult. The following facilities are prohibited for children under 12: Finnish and Bio sauna, steam bath, and tropical shower. Children under 12 are allowed to stay until 6 p.m.
- 7. VALUABLES
- To avoid unwanted stress, we advise you not to carry valuables with you, as the wellness center staff is not responsible for the safety of your personal belongings.
- 8. LET'S RESPECT EACH OTHER
- You can leave your mobile phones in your room/apartment or locker. If you are not comfortable without your phone, please keep it silenced and conduct conversations, if necessary, in a polite and quiet tone. Photography is only allowed if the privacy of other guests is not compromised. Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines will be warned by the wellness center staff or will be asked to leave.
- 9. CANCELLATION OF TREATMENT OR MASSAGE
- If unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to cancel an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible.
- 10. BRINGING IN FOOD AND DRINKS IS NOT ALLOWED
- Only hotel staff can serve non-alcoholic beverages in the Grey Spa.
- 11. RENOVATION/REPAIRS

Hotel management reserves the right to close part or all of the wellness area for renovations or other unscheduled work.
- 12. OTHER USEFUL TIPS:

– Showering is mandatory before using any service.
– Do not eat for at least one hour before your scheduled appointment.
– Avoid consuming alcohol.
– The wellness center is a non-smoking area.
– Depilation or shaving should be done at least two hours before the scheduled appointment.
– Drink enough fluids during the day.
